Date Of Release Of Full Year Financial Statement And Dividend Announcement

The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the full year ended 31 December 2003 on 12 January 2004 (Monday) after trading hours.
