Acquisition Of Kim Kang Aquaculture Sdn Bhd

Further to the announcements made on 20 January 2003 and 3 March 2003, the Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has completed its acquisition of a 65% equity stake in Kim Kang Aquaculture Sdn Bhd ("Kim Kang") in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 20 January 2003. Kim Kang is now a subsidiary of the Company.
