Date of Release Of Half Year Financial Statement Announcement

The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company will be releasing the financial statements of the Company and of the Group for the half-year ended 30 June 2003 on 21 July 2003 (Monday) after trading hours.
