Request For Lifting Of Suspension In Trading Of Shares

Further to the announcements released by Qian Hu Corporation Limited (the "Company") on 29 April 2002, the Board of Directors of the Company would like to request for the lifting of the suspension in the trading of the shares of the Company with effect from the start of trading on Tuesday, 30 April 2002.
