Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, all the ordinary resolutions put to the Tenth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 11 March 2009 were duly passed.
