The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce the following: -
Appointment of Finance Director
Ms Lai Chin Yee, the Group Financial Controller of the Company, will be appointed as the Executive Finance Director of the Company with effect from 1 November 2004.
The particulars of Ms Lai Chin Yee pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual are set out in the prescribed Announcement of Appointment of Director.
Appointment of Company Secretary
Ms Yeoh Kar Choo Sharon will be appointed as the Company Secretary with effect from 1 November 2004.
Consequent upon the above appointment, Ms Lai Chin Yee who is also the Company Secretary, will together with Ms Yeoh Kar Choo Sharon hold the position of Joint Company Secretaries with effect from 1 November 2004.
