The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that Tat Leng Plastic Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name to Qian Hu Tat Leng Plastic Pte. Ltd. with effect from 13 October 2003.
