Substantial Increase In Price And Trading Volume On The Exchange

The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to inform that, the Company, the directors and the substantial shareholders of the Company are not aware of any reason for the sharp increase in price and trading volume of the Company's shares on the Singapore Exchange today.
