Yap Ping Heng, Yap Hock Huat, Yap Kim Choon, Yap Kim Chuan and Kenny Yap Kim Lee (Managing Director) are brothers. They are cousins to Alvin Yap Ah Seng and Andy Yap Ah Siong, our executive Directors. Alvin Yap Ah Seng and Andy Yap Ah Siong are brothers.

Save as disclosed above, there are no other persons holding managerial positions in the Group who are related to the directors or substantial shareholders of the Company or of any of its principal subsidiaries.
