APPOINTMENT OF JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors of Qian Hu Corporation Limited ("the Company") wishes to announce that Ms Lai Chin Yee has been appointed as Joint Secretary of the Company with effect from 1 July 2001.
APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS TO SUBSIDIARIES
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, with effect from 7 June 2001:
i) Our Executive Chairman and Managing Director, Dr Kenny Yap Kim Lee has been appointed as the Company's nominee to the Board of Directors of Qian Hu Marketing Co Ltd (one of our subsidiaries in Thailand) and
ii) Our Deputy Managing Director, Mr Alvin Yap Ah Seng has been appointed by NNTL (Thailand) Limited (another of our subsidiaries in Thailand) as its nominee to the Board of Directors of Qian Hu Marketing Co Ltd.
Dr Kenny Yap Kim Lee and Mr Alvin Yap Ah Seng are also Directors of NNTL (Thailand) Limited with effect from 24 April 2001.
