The Board's comments on this appointment	The Nominating Committee ("NC") has reviewed the Board structure, as well as the background of Dr Ling Kai Huat ("Dr Ling") and is of the view that Dr Ling's experience, specialization and achievement region in the research and knowledge of ornamental fish, including Dragon Fish, will bring valuable contribution to the Group. The NC's recommendation that Dr Ling be appointed as an Independent Director of the Company has been approved by the Board.
