Change Of Address Of Share Registrar And Location Of Register Of Members

Qian Hu Corporation Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that with effect from 1 December 2012, the Company's Share Registrar, M & C Services Private Limited, will be relocating its Share Registry Office to 112 Robinson Road, #05-01, Singapore 068902.

Following the relocation of the Company's Share Registrar, the Company's Register of Members will be kept at the above address with effect from 1 December 2012.
